How can I get old photo albums copied discs?

I have some very old records of BLK / WHT photos of World War II in the old military records black with black pages. We also have family albums with covers of clear type on adhesive sheets. The albums are larger pages my scanner, an HP All-in-One printer / scanner.

I cannot imagine how to put pictures and custom paint my car for 09 NASCAR with photo shop. The demo does not help in all, I am a complete idiot when it comes to this.
